Unhappy help with RMA

I am having a rough time with RMA and my k70 lux. Apparently box.co.uk are not authorised resellers of my keyboard and corsair support will not honour the warranty. It's about 4 weeks old.

I have also tried to get support as I would rather find a fix, But I found them rather unhelpful.

If seen around the forum that I might be able to firmware flash. This is something I am will to try if someone can advise. Ticket 6856492

If your ticket has not been resolved, Have you tried calling Corsair Customer service over the phone?

You can do this by calling their toll free number on Skype for free.

I have tried to call and got nowhere. they are no longer responding to my ticket. they now have my keyboard and I have no idea what's going on.
