Default CX650M Always on

Hi everyone.
I have just swapped my motherboard out and now when I turn off the PC the Powersupply, the feed to drives, Case fans and Graphics card is still on. I can hear the fan in the PSU. this wasnt the case before i swapped the board out.

Any ideas?

Many thanks

Its going to be a motherboard power setting. Reach out to your motherboard manufacture for assistance on figuring out what specific setting it is and where in the BIOS.
