Angry Three lights flash (Not keyboard work)

Hi, im power on computer today and... viewing K70 not on red led lights.. and 3 leds flashing continue...

VIDEO:

Im reboot computer, power off, reset computer bios... move bios switch to BIOS, profile 2 and back to 1 and not work, Uninstall Keyboard HID driver.. not not work...

and test keyboard on laptop and exactly error (three flashing lights)

... please help!

All 3 lights flashing is NOT normal. OPen a support ticket to see what they say and eventually start the RMA process.

3 lights mean that the firmware is corrupted or missing. Our support team can help you restore it and update as well.

11 October was a Sunday and most likely no one was around. On mondays support always has to catch up to all the weekend tickets so the response time is a bit slower.

If you still haven't got a reply by the end of today post here your Ticket ID and Corsair Henry or Corsair James can take a look at it for you. Or you can PM it to them directly as well.

Download K70 Firmware updater and computer not reconizer keyboard.

Most likely it requires a hard-flash, not something you can do with that app. The support people will guide you through the steps needed.
