ph3nak Posted May 2, 2018 Share Posted May 2, 2018 iCUE seem to be keeping the my pc from downclocking. As soon as I exit the program my cpu speed will drop. When I open it again *BAM* max cpu speed. I messed with my bios for 3 damn days because of the spectre exploit bios update and I didn't record the oc settings I had.
