iCUE causes my pc to freeze

Hey guys, I built my pc last week and my pc keeps freezing then restart every 10~20mins.(when my iCUE is running)

But once I turned off the iCUE, the symptom disappeared.

I've tried iCUE 3.22.74 ,3.21.88 and the latest.

Nothing stops this problem.:wtfman:

So, what can I do next? not using iCUE at all?

I bought Corsair to make my pc look great but now I just let it shines the default rainbow color.:(:

I'm using Asus Prime X570 pro MOBO and the Commander pro will keeps disconnect/reconnect itself, so I use NZXT USB HUB to fix this problem and it works well.
