Loud vibration + sounds when sitting or standing (hydraulic mechanism I think)

Dear readers, I was wondering if you could help me with my office chair

So last week my T2 Road Warrior was making squeaking sounds that were annoying the hell out of me, so I turned it upside down and cleaned everything and applied some Silicone grease to all the metal parts that come into contact with each other. The squeaking has stopped, but now the chair makes a rather unsettling vibration and sound as if the hydraulic mechanism isn't working as intended. Have any of you got any experience with such issues?

I'd love to fix it my self and am welcome to your opinions.

Its sounds quite logical Silicone spray is nice to solver squeek with plastics. Metal is another thing....

Just clean the hydraulic shaft and use an oil.
