Deveshi
Hi, I have just got the Corsair Raptor H5 gaming headset and I have installed the drivers from the website: http://www.corsair.com/en/corsair-raptor-h5-5-1-usb-analog-gaming-headset.html (I do not have a CD drive to use the disk supplied) I have installed this software and the Raptor H5 icon is appearing in the tray. However, left clicking this icon does nothing and I am unable to open this application to view any kind of control panel via the right click - open option. I have looked in the Multimedia properties and the headset is listed as 'USB PnP Sound Device' which seems odd if the drivers have been installed. Here the drivers are listed as being provided by C-Media Inc. In addition, I have been on teamspeak with this headset and the mic volume is very weak. People have reported that my voice sounds 'tinny' and the are struggling to make out what is being said. Please advise.

Toasted
Have you tried a different USB port? Does it help? Put in a support ticket and see if Corsair can provide you with further suggestions as to resolving the "tin" effect. https://corsair.secure.force.com/
