Beatenpotato
Hi there! I recently built my new computer using the 750D case, and I'm a little new to the whole experience. I put in (2) 140mm Corsair fans on top, on the main corsair post for the case it says it can fit (2) 140's or (3) 120mm's After measuring the length of the 140's and the distance of the screw slots they all match at roughly 6 inches My question is, can I just fit (3) 140mm's on top? Or would it be safer to leave the (2) 140's and put a 120 in the 3rd empty spot? I tried browsing online to see if anyone else had done this but hadn't any luck. Thanks for anyone's help or advice in advanced!
Matt9882
I'm pretty sure the 5.25" drive bays are the issue putting a third 140mm fan in the top - they're too wide to fit inside, if I remember correctly. I've removed my 5.25" bays, so I can't tell you specifically. That being said, You can easily fit a 280mm rad up on top if you like - I had an H110i GTX in there with no issues what-so-ever. Corsair Employee Greybeard Posted October 23, 2017 Corsair Employee Share Posted October 23, 2017 By default, we've only spec'd it to fit 2 x 140 but you can always modify it to fit a third 140 fan within the optical bay area. I'd stick to 2 x 140mm fans on top though.
