stwgk Posted December 8, 2013 Share Posted December 8, 2013 I purchased the wireless vengeance 2000 approximately 6-7 months ago, however I do not (I think) have the receipt and am unclear on how the warranty works. Just above the earpiece on the right-hand side, the plastic has broken and the earpiece has become loose and unwearable. I use this headset daily and love it dearly. wytnyt Posted December 8, 2013 Share Posted December 8, 2013 you can submit a rma and in the comments section explain your issue.,once done they will reply which usually takes a few days or you can call them with the rma number which of course is much faster...
