I had issue with my headset sound cutting off and on whenever i join a discord or a teamspeak voicechat or multiple sounds are playing sound would lag/cut off for a few seconds was annoying but still working. last night windows stopped recognizing device as a playback device even though it shows up working completely fine on icue software. I've tried uninstalling icue and device then reinstalling it but nothing worked. Tried the battery reset method but that also didnt help, tried repairing multiple times and updating both headset and software but still nothing. I can see the device showing in the device manager but still nothing in playback devices (and yes i have disabled devices showing and it's not showing). https://i.imgur.com/xbA2fpP.png Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You can also try another soft reset in the meantime: Make sure your HS70 headset is powered off.Hold down the Mute button on the headset for about 15 to 20 seconds.Hold down the Power button until the headset turns on.Test your headset and see if the issue is resolved.
