rowansps
Is there a way that you can make so that only one specific key can activate on event? For example, I want it so that when I press "R" the whole keyboard pulses blue.
Corsair Employee Corsair James Posted December 23, 2016 Corsair Employee Share Posted December 23, 2016 This hasn't been implemented yet but I am deciding on how to do so.
Mephistophele
The best way that I have found to do this is through macros. Create the lighting effect that you want, and then disable it so that it doesn't activate on key press. Create a new macro, and as the action set it for a single key press with the Record function. Then press the flag button for "start settings" and select the lighting effect on that list. Then be sure to click the key that you want to activate on the on screen keyboard to bind the macro to it. That should do the work for you, but I'm having an issue with it making that key unresponsive, so YMMV.

[TUTORIAL]Assigning mode switching to a key while maintaining typing functionality The idea is that one would bind the R key to switch to a different profile that shows the pulsing lighting on the entire keyboard. The tutorial shows how to make the R key still type an R.
