However, although the faulty PSU was received on the 1st of July by the Netherlands RMA centre my card still hasn't been refunded for the $199.99 (£162.xx) holding charge. My ticket ID is #2001240513. I'd be grateful for any updates on the situation, I understand and appreciate that things are taking longer due to COVID but I'm just checking in case I've been lost in the system.
