KAYLUM
I want to verify the temperature threshold for HX750's fan to run. My PSU is on 60C which is too hot and yet the fan is still not running. I believe it is not stuck up because every time I turn on my PC, it runs for a bit and then stop which is normal. now the problem is I worry about the high temperature. It is too way hot even in just low load. I tried to do a stress test and still the fan is not yet running. In some point I made it run upon reaching 70C. But today I tested it again and I already in 72C and the fun still not yet running. now my question is, is there any a fix number, or threshold for the fan to activate? how about sharing your experience dealing with this PSU and how the fan interacts with the temperature. Thanks in advance.
Corsair Employee jonnyguru Posted May 31, 2020 Corsair Employee Share Posted May 31, 2020 Where are you seeing that your PSU is at 60°C? HX750 doesn't have temperature reporting. Or do you have the HX750i?
