davieb
Ok, this is a new build, ASUS Hero XI, and cooler. I load up windows 10 (1803 or 1809), install basic motherboard drivers. The iCUE is loaded and does not see the cooler. Shutdown, move to another usb header, power up and it "shows up", fiddle around in the software (just looking), reboot the box and when it comes back up, iCUE does not see it again. Best Buy sent me a replacement unit, and it acts the same way. Any ideas?
Toasted
Does restarting the iCUE service under settings resolve the issue?
davieb
Does restarting the iCUE service under settings resolve the issue? Nope... I decided to swap my systems, so I pulled/put the 1070. Hooked up my new Corsair M65 mouse & K55 keyboard, powered up. Installed the iCUE sw (# 13 or so) and low and behold, all 3 (Kb/Mouse/H100) show up in iCUE Devices. Really $%#@ strange, but I'll take it!
