Default Commander Pro - Control the fans with SpeedFan?

I'm wondering if you are able to independently control the fans connected to the Commander Pro with SpeedFan rather than the Link software?

I already have all my fans controlled with SpeedFan (which I would like to keep using), but I've been trying to figure out how gain an additional PWM controlled set of fans over my Mobo's fan header limit. Not interested in the RGB/LED headers.

No, I'm fairly certain that you cannot.
