What's the part number of the stick? Also, the timings are on the label.

I don't know about Triple channel...

I ran my RAM at 2133Mhz with timing 9-11-9-28 1T

My system is Core i7 2600K, Asus P8P67 pro, Corsair H5O, ATI HD 5850...

It looks like this RAM doesn't like anything approaching the 1700MHz mark. So far, I've got it to 4.48GHz and just ran and passed Intel's stress test tool for a quick 5 mins on the memory and CPU separately.

Neither. They sold them as single pieces and I bought 6 of them.

OK. Then it's a small problem. I'll have to give it to you at the end of the day when I get home.

Sorry it took a while but the version is 5.1.

When using the Intel Stress Test tool, it keeps crashing. The settings are set as recommended i.e. 7-8-7-20 and
DRAM Frequency is set at 1612MHz.
QPI/DRAM 1.35V
DRAM Bus 1.65V

Any suggestions on how to get it stable?

You will need to lower the QPI to 1.25 Volts with that CPU and I would suggest setting the memory frequency at DDR1333 with all six slots filled.

OK. Just to be sure, can you confirm if I should set it to the following:

DRAM Frequency 1333MHz
UCLK Frequency 2418MHz
QPI/DRAM 1.25V
DRAM Bus 1.65V
