Default Looking for TWIN2X2048-6400C4D compatible motherboards

Does anyone know how compatible this memory is with Intel's DP35DP and Gigabyte's GA-P35-DS3P? Will they take 4 chips at 800Mhz? Do you have any recommendations on a 1333Mhz board that is stable with this memory? I am not looking to overclock.

Thanks.

Try the Corsair Memory Configurator in my signature below. For the Intel board you listed, you need to make sure that the bios allows you to adjust the memory voltage to 2.1v as that is what the memory needs to run. The Gigabyte should do it easily but, you need to check with Gigabyte to be sure.
