Default Using a high speed fan...

I am trying to control a 40mm high speed chipset fan for an add in
card. The problem is, the card can get very hot, so the fan is capable
of 11,000 rpm. At that speed, it is extremely noisy. When I try to use
the commander pro, I'm limited at 5000 rpm, despite being able to
set the rpm in the graph. % control works, but this is only a fixed
setting. I want it to vary with one of the temp sensor. Is there a
solution?
