Default Customer Service Support funktioniert nicht

Wenn ich über die Shopseite oben im Reiter "Support" und dann auf "Customer Support Portal" gehe und mich einlogge, dann werde ich auf eine Blanke weiße Seite mit "Message: 005" geleitet und kann dort nichts machen.
Und wenn ich über einen Artikel (z.B.: AX1500i) auf "FAQ & Support" auf das "GO" bei "Get technical support" gehe, steht bei mir nur "We are down for maintenance."

Ich habe bereits andere Browser probiert, andere Rechner, Cache gelöscht. Nichts geholfen.
Ich will nämlich ein Netzteil zur Reperatur geben, aber ich kann nicht einmal ein Ticket erstellen.

You couldn't register with the new system since you already had a pre-existing account on the store page.
