I'm having lots of issues. Support ticket system is bull****.

Does anyone have links to old firmware versions?

No, because firmwares don't have any direct download link. Everything is done through CUE, your only option to get an old FW version is through the support ticket system.

What issue are you having exactly? If you need an old FW I doubt it is related to the title of this thread itself, you should have made your own new thread.

The instructions in the Q&A say that before you downgrade CUE, you should downgrade the firmware. Unfortunately, I don't have the old firmware.
