Default (CML16GX3M4A1600C9) Crashes during games -- MEMTEST returned an error - Help

I just built a new computer about a month ago... have not played many games on it. As of lately, I started playing crysis 2 and the battlefield 3 beta. After about approximately 30minutes of gameplay, the game crashes, and returns me to desktop. There was occasional bluescreen, about every 3-5 days, but i have not seen one for a while. Overall when not running games, the system appears somewhat stable.

Heres what i have done so far:
-Measured temperatures, (CPU, vga) all within reason
-Set the correct memory timings
-Updated video drivers (uninstall, reinstall, the works)
-reseated the video card and ram

Notable results:
-When i adjusted the cpu and ram voltage, crysis 2 seemed to last longer, but eventually failed.

-Memtest 86 returned ONE error on the 3rd pass (7-8 hour wall time), on the 3rd test.

Is this a memory problem?

please help!

Test one stick at a time in the same slot. Make sure you're using the latest version (link's on the left).
No, I don't work for Corsair need to flow like a river...
