Angry Frustrating Problem

The last few times I've booted my computer up, my almost brand new K95 RGB doesn't seem to want to work properly.

Each key is set to a solid red color and I can't get it to play any profiles (even just in the CUE window, much less outside of it). Additionally, I can't change the brightness or really do anything involving the LEDs.

Any ideas? It still works fine for typing, it's just like the lights are frozen. I couldn't find anything online about this issue.

Few things to check for.

1. Is the software loaded up on your computer? If it's not, the keyboard may not light up.
2. Is the firmware up to date?
3. Is your keyboard layout set to something specific in the taskbar?

Just wondering if you solved your problem yet? I had the same problem and what I had to do was change the Bios selection slider switch on the keyboard.
