Default H100I Platinum SE Cooling Block not working

Hey there guys i recently just started building my second PC and am having trouble with the cooling block over my CPU. The radiator fans are working and the RGB is going but the block on the other hand is not. I've searched online and am sure i have them plugged in the right spots. Any help would be great.
Thanks in Advance

Hey Jerfburg,

I'd recommend reaching out to Support so they can check alongside your connections if something else is preventing the block from lighting up.

Hey, you say the RGB is going, do you mean the RGB on the fans is working, or that it shows the RGB is working in iCUE? Can you show me a picture of the SATA connector your pump is plugged into? Thanks!
