DV8686 Posted June 9, 2016 Share Posted June 9, 2016 Hi, I placed an order on the Corsair Store as a guest user on the 6th June for the K70 LUX RGB Keyboard Cherry MX RGB Brown, part number CH-9101012-UK. I received the order number after placing it and was advised I would receive a confirmation email, but I haven't received that yet. I registered for an account on the Corsair website, hoping my order would appear as I used the same email address to register, but that wasn't the case. I have since also logged a support ticket on 7th June to clarify what is happening with my order but its been a couple of days and there have been no updates.
