problema Strafe RGB y corsair utiliy engine

Acabo de adquirir este teclado y cuando me descargo la aplicación y la voy a instalar enseguida me dice ha habido un error y no se puede instalar,he quitado el antivirus y nada no consigo instalarla...alguien me puede ayudar
