BeanSage
When I am using the mouse it will stutter then switch color schemes. It will be a sky blue and then suddenly change to green, purple and dark blue. Sometimes when this happens my macro's and keybinds will stop working. It's a fairly new mouse had it for a month or two but this issue keep persisting. I have turned off SDK and tried different profiles but non will fix it. I will attach the logs.Morelogs.zip
BeanSage
SO here is an update, I have been trying to fix this for about 5-6 hours now and still nothing. I however have found tht when the mouse stops working CUE gives me a symbol that reads "malfunction" https://imgur.com/a/IsP3d
Corsair Employee Corsair Nick Posted October 18, 2017 Corsair Employee Share Posted October 18, 2017 First thing would be to update your USB and chipset drivers, along with the BIOS for your motherboard if you haven't done so yet. Does this occur while in the middle of using the mouse?
BeanSage
Yes it does, Mostly while gaming is when it occurs, Sometimes while I am browsing the web. Works just fine when CUE is not open, but then I lose out on my macro's and keybinds. I have tried updating my USB drivers but they're all up to date. Also this problem seemed to start occurring after a firmware update for the mouse. *update, I just updated my BIOS to latest version and testing to see if it will become problematic again. BeanSage
I Updated BIOS and USB drivers even reinstalled the CUE, Yet still the stutter persists. THis has never happened before and I tried multiple USB slots. I tried on another PC and it works just fine it just seems to be my PC for some reason.
