VOID Pro Wireless Issue

So I've owned the headset for a while with no issues. I only use it for audio, never use the microphone. So it's not unusual for the headset to "shutdown" after a period of inactivity. However, recently even while using the headset, I get the shutdown warning and have to move the mic boom arm On/Off to get it to stay active. It's like it doesn't recognize that it's actually in use. Again, this is a new occurance in the last couple of weeks.

 

I have the latest drivers from the Icue dashboard and have not changed any of the settings since the original setup.
