Was wondering if there is any way to use certain keys to switch between the 3 playback devices. Example: F7 (sets Speaker as Default Audio Playback) F8 (sets Headset as Default Audio Playback) F9 (sets TV as Default Audio Playback) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Dayglorange Posted March 2, 2019 Share Posted March 2, 2019 AFAIK, this is not possible with just iCUE. However, I found a free program called SoundSwitch which will allow you to assign a hotkey to switch between devices, and have successfully bound it as a macro key on my K95 and to my Elgato Stream Deck. You can find SoundSwitch here. I've been using it for over a year with few issues, using it to switch between my speakers and my Void headset. Some games/programs don't like having the audio source changed when they are running (ARK is one which I have to switch audio before I start the game) but for the most part, it works quite well.
