Default Modifier Key Issue.

Why doesn't iCUE not support mapping modifier keys to to buttons on the scimitar pro and harpoon mice? It works with CKB Next, Better Touch Tools and with iCUE on Windows.
Mapping of modifiers doesn't work standalone (no option in menu), in Macros if no other buttons are mapped or as a keystroke.

I know right? I tried adding modifier as keystroke, but the moment I press something else it resets. Holding any keys on keyboard or mice will also disable any actions added in to iCUE actions. Why is it even thing?! It's like they try so hard not to let user customize their device to work with something else.
