Cannot install Corsair Link Corsair LINK v4.9.1.23 - .Net Framework error

Hi, I cannot install Corsair Link Corsair LINK v4.9.1.23, installation aborts at .Net Framework with error: 0x13ec.

My OS is Windows 10 64bit v.1709 Build 16299.19

Hi, the problem is fixed, turned out to be broken Windows 10 installation. Clean Windows reinstall helped, Corsair Link installed with no issues. Goodbye!
