I bought a K63, updated the software, and tried to change the polling rate to be compatible with xBox One, but the dropdown box is grayed out and un-selectable. Any ideas? I'm starting to get what I believe might be keybounce, but was going to try to change the polling rate to see if it helped. I'm getting quite fed up with these bloody keyboards double and triple tapping keys. My K70 is basically useless, and I've already replaced my k63 once. This is getting very tiring.
