Sad Virtuoso RGB Wireless Soundproblems

Hi,
I've got a major problem with new(!) Virtuoso Wireless.
It has been giving me crackling sounds during games like cs:go or on youtube :/. (mostly after 20minutes).
Then I need to put the headset off and on again. Wired does it work fine. Is there any fix? thanks!

I need to add that this is already the second headset and both had the same problem

There is already post about this issue here - https://forum.corsair.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=190610 so you are far from being alone in this. Also, I don't think that this is a hardware issue, rather a pure software situation - most likely the drivers are crap, which are causing the problem.
