will_s
ok, dont like having zero speed on my fans when using hydro fan mode at the top as part of their job is to remove "hot" air from the case....so would putting these fans to quiet mode upset the balance? c-attack
No and the Hydro X curves definitely are not programmed for balance. It is strictly a radiator/cooling specific calculation. This is one of several reasons why I don't advocate for zero rpm use. Most people don't have cases where the radiator operates independently from the rest of the case air flow. You should see an improvement even at the bare minimum speed compared to zero, with a nominal increase in noise. There is no reason you have to use the Hydro X curve or any other preset. Your best experience is going to be the fan curve you create specific for your needs and tolerances.
