CrazyCanuck Posted December 11, 2019 Share Posted December 11, 2019 So, I've had a Void Pro for the last few years and its probably the second best wireless headset I've ever owned. Recently, my brother's headset done went and gave up on this life, I recommended the Void Pro to him, and 5 days later here we are. Just unboxed it, plugged it in, no light. Thought that was kinda funny, so tried it in my PC, verified the charger worked with my headset. It won't turn on, either. If anyone can suggest the next steps to take that'd be nice, I dont wanna ship it off on a warranty claim if its something simple I can fix myself. CrazyCanuck Posted December 11, 2019 Author Share Posted December 11, 2019 Update: So, I tried doing a firmware update, on both my computer, and his. His computer recognized it as a Void Pro, however mine only recognizes it as, "Unknown USB Device(Invalid device descriptor)". 2 different cables were used on each computer to verify that wasn't the issue.
