I can't set a polling rate, Windows is ignoring the DPI setting regardless to what I set it, and there are errors showing in iCue that I can't remedy. I've tried force resetting the firmware, clearing memory and saving hardware profiles to the mouse. Attachments of the error, and inability to set polling rate attached. *** Please could I have a good copy of the latest firmware?
