I doubt that the Corsair One cooler is copper. From what I understand, it's a special edition of one of the Hydro Series AIOs, not HydroX.
And, TBH, liquid metal may get you a few C better than the stock paste but not much. The larger problem is the TIM that Intel uses for the chips (pre-9000 series) or the solder that they use (9000 series). The TIM is especially bad. Replacing *that* with liquid metal will help temps.
