Well, A) I'm not going to be overclocking.

B) I'm using v1.006.

C) The problem is that I have 4 DIMMs occupied -- two sets of TWINX1024-3200XLPRO. I'm sure it runs fine at 2-2-2-5 with only 2 DIMMs used up (just one matched pair), but the story seems to change when you up the ante.

That's the difference -- I'm using 4 DIMMs.
