Hi there!

So I did request a ticket for this and the RMA was approved. I'm now waiting for the replacement, however I got a call today from FedEx Clearance Agent, asking me to send them proof that I did not pay for the shipment and communication with sender (Corsair).

I saw a similar older thread regarding this and the solution was to respond once more to the ticket. However my ticket was already closed.

What should I do? My ticket number is #723584.

FedEx states that I need to respond till the end of this month because the amount on the invoice is this month limit for duty free customs.
