nafekop Posted March 18, 2017 Share Posted March 18, 2017 I started having problems with my headset where i would disconnect from my pc if i moved the wire from the headset to the in-line controller(at the controller's end) a certain way. (Two years from purchase date) If it is, submit a support ticket. https://corsair.secure.force.com/ If not, unfortunately, disassembly instructions are not provided unless there is a guide online from someone else.
