I just sent my pakage with tracking out yesterday 3/14/2020 and it will arrive 3/17/2020. I have updated them on my problem my support ticket but has not responded yet. Am I going to be ok because I paid 70 dollars for shipping which is basically half the cooler I’m suppose to receive and do not want to ship out my cooler again it out again if they were to send it back.
