How exactly did you attach the rivets to the radiator so that you could attach it to the case? If it's not too much to ask, would you mind posting a picture or two of the backside of your case?

I am aware of that but i couldn't find above 1000 grit sandpaper in any one of the stores. Neither in Autozone nor Kragen.

I can't find 1500 grit sandpaper anywhere around here. Would 1000 grit be enough for the HS? I never go above 1000 when i lap my CPU's, anyway.

Yeah, lapping CPU's does wonders. I don't care if it voids its warranty. It's worth it.
My old E8400 dropped by 9 degrees after i lapped it and my i7 920 by about 7.

From what i understand high static pressure fans are the best way to go when it comes to the push-pull method on the H50. Many people seem to be recommending the Scythe "Ultra Kaze" fan. Two of them...
