Getting an issue where the lighting on my Corsair RAM just freezes and I get a red triangle in iCUE. Happened on the last version and this version. WTF is going on at Corsair??

Getting this error too, RTX 2080 and iCUE version 3.30.97. I think it's causing force crashes in Rainbow 6 Siege, although I can't be certain. It's the only game that I'm getting crashes in.

Why can't we get changelogs for software updates? It's really pretty simple... Going to look elsewhere in the future for my peripherals. The software support for Corsair hardware is abysmal.

Just wanted to bump this thread and say I'm having the same issue. Completely unacceptable that a major company can have issues like this for so long. I purchased an Astro A50 and am anxiously awaiting the sale of this headset to someone else, since it is obvious Corsair does not care about their products.

YUP, same issue here. Corsair support has been entirely unhelpful for over a month. I got fed up with it and bought an Astro A50. This has been a known issue since 2018... It seems to be an iCUE issue since reverting the installed version to a much older version fixes it.

STILL happening. Pretty amazing, tbh. They've known about this for over two YEARS??
