I found blowing out the switches helps a lot. That plastic tab that presses down on the switch seems to wear and come to a point. Protip: nylon feet on that plastic tab would do wonders, Corsair.

Then make sure both mouse and dongle are in PC USB ports, and not in any hubs.

On the left side, under the leg, is a pinhole. With that, you can force a CRP_Disabled. You will need to get the firmware file from Corsair Support first. They can give you the full instructions.
