Should I use XMP profiles?

I just put new RAM in my system, and lost my overclock settings =(
I was running at 3.2 GHZ on my I5.

I just put in CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)...

I've also heard that change your Northbridge Voltage to 1.50V on this mb and it will run 800mhz stable. Haven't confirmed this yet though.

After a week of testing, I've found that I guess you need to turn down the speed from 800mhz to 667mhz with Vista 64, 4 gig of ram, and the P5N32 SLI Se Deluxe MB.

Running 2 gig of ram (at 800mhz)...

I also have a P5N32 Sli Se Dexlue (0704). Have an e6600 processor, and 4 sticks of CM2x1024-6400C4 Ram. Anything over running 2...
