Although technically that program is still in beta, I know the one from M$ you're talking about, it does the same sorts of tests. It should be sound as a reference.

I still think MemTest86+ v.1.65...

... sounds similar to what I was experiencing with the Cruc!al "10th Anniversary" DIMMs I RMA'd. I would get a single error in Test #7 (on each MEM86+ pass).

The Corsair DIMMs I got to replace...

... just got the new RAM in. Looks like default from the mobo is to treat it CAS5. I have the CAS4 specs from Ram Guy's footer attachment and am trying that next, followed by MEM86+.

Yes, Ram Guy. I am only running at stock (for now) at 1066MHz. It is an ASUS P5B Deluxe.

I will report back once the RAM has been tested with Mem86+ for at least 12 hours. I should receive the two...
