I doubt you could, but even so it wouldn't be moving as much air due to the fan blades.

You could always just put a bit of hot glue or silicone and fit the ring to the other side.

Anyway, try gently pressing on the pump and see if temps change.

Remove the pump, see if the thermal paste is even, clean and reapply.

It's highly unlikely that two coolers would have the exact same problem.

Did you follow the install instructions, delete old profile, uninstall Link, reboot and reinstall (Run as Admin)?

And make sure you have "show all devices" set.
