got same exact issue.. and to make things worse, one of the fans just won't respond to any changes anymore (led)... Unless I shut down the PC completely, remove from power, then it'll remain switched...

I was going by the fact that the OP was talking about 'new K70 RGB' with 'new logo' hence my question is the new logo K70 RGB will have improved hardware to get rid of the flickering issue or not.
