  1. please read the rma, I need 2 pre paid labels + customs invoice. I was already sent 2 pre paid labels but they were rejected as I needed the customs invoices to go along with them. so PLEASE book 2 pre paid labels for the 2 PSUs (the damaged replacement and the original faulty PSU) + send me the customs invoices. I really don't want to explain to the collection driver that he's come again for nothing.
  2. I am running out of patience and time, this rma has now taken 5 months. I need someone to respond to my thread as I have left 2 messages on there and haven't had a reply in 5 days. As I did not get a reply I attached any label to both parcel however the DHL collection driver came today and rejected the parcels as I did not have custom invoices for the parcels. I am leaving the country mid next week. PLEASE CAN YOU SORT THIS OUT ASAP or I'm going to be forced to contact my credit card provider and ask for a chargeback for the deposit of the Advanced RMA. I need a reply and correct paperwork for the DHL driver by tomorrow! :mad::mad::mad:
