  1. Anyone that is having this problem= Turn LED brightness OFF. or atleast lower it, in iCue! I turned it off completely , now i get 18-19 hours From Full to shutdown! I kid you not. I do think it's weird for them to ship the headset with the claim of 16hours whilst having LED brightness on 100% as default. There should be some kind of information in iCue that says the LEDs obliterate battery life. I am now very happy with this headset.

  4. Hello! I've owned the corsair virtuoso for 1.5 months now. They can not hold a charge for even half the advertised time of 20h. Today i started using them at 10:20am, by 14:40 they went from high to critical. By 15:40 they turned themselves off. I have tried charging them with different ports, but since there was no change i used my initial port which is my monitors USB. I have tried resetting them by holding the mic button and i have tried forcing an update of firmware. No improvement. TL;dr My corsair virtuoso RGB wireless are showing a maximum of 6-7 hours of usage before powering down. Any help? 5. I have the same problem. Had the headset for a month or so now. Goes from full to critical in a maximum of 6-7 hours. Did you find out what was wrong with them? 6. I have the same problem. 6-7 hours at the most. From Full to critical. Did you manage to fix yours? 7. I am having the same problem. I've had this headset for one month now, and since the start it went from Full to critical in a matter of hours. The most i've gotten out of them is 6-7 hours. I log in at 8 am and by 1-2pm they turn off. I've also noticed it sometimes skips the Medium power level, going from Full to High to Critical/low. Corsair, is this a problem with firmware or is it the hardware?
