have you tried taking toe ear cup off (there detachable) and putting it back on tight

Same, I have various corsair RGB products that all turn on when I turn my PC on but I have to open ICUE for the headset stand lights to work, but I can exit out of ICUE and the lights still work fine. maybe your computers USB ports are old or maybe your version of ICUE is out of date

I mean I don't know much about the MM800 but maybe the wire connected to the mouse mat has been tugged or pulled roughly, just my suggestion, other than that I would try emailing corsair

Does anyone know if there is a way to change the EQ settings on PC and then switch over to consol? I am not a fan of pure direct because there is visibly no bass, so I like bass boost but when I play on console there is also barely any bass which makes me think that it switches back to pure direct
